Training

Training

Students seeking to enhance their training can choose private lessons, group lessons, or personal training to reach their goals. Training at all levels helps students improve their martial arts skills, progress through belt ranks, and improve their success at competitions of all levels. Whether you want to improve your martial arts skills, become a trainer yourself, or you want to compete at local, national, or international levels, training helps to build your skill set.

The WKU Women’s Initiative also offers self-defence training. This class provides women with a real-world application of combat to help keep themselves safe while simultaneously boosting self-confidence and reducing fear. Self-defence classes can help people who feel helpless, weak, or otherwise insecure or afraid and all people can benefit from learning how to protect themselves.
