WKU hosts a multitude of ring sports. Note: Ring sports are only offered at select WKU events.
Kickboxing (K1)
Kickboxing (KB) or K1, is a full contact ringsport discipline.
The discipline permits the majority of general kickboxing techniques, including low kicks to the inner and outer part of the thigh, clinches and knees (conditions apply).

Karate Continuous - Full Contact
Karate Continuous - Full Contact or Full Contact (FC) is a full contact ringsport discipline.
The discipline permits a select number of techniques all above the belt. Knees and elbows are not permitted. No low kicks.
